Can I ask for an exchange / refund if the products?
Due to the nature of the products on SFX, all sales are final. If there are issues on your order, please contact the seller directly. The seller's details can be found on the top right hand corner of the order form. At the order completion stage, you may also leave a review to share the feedback on the seller / products.
How can I make changes or cancel my order?

Some of the products in SFX have a high minimum order quantity. As a consumer, there is no way I can meet the minimum order.
The sellers in SFX are predominately wholesalers and this explains why the products on SFX are offered at highly competitive prices. We understand the minimum order quantity (MOQ) may be too high for a single household. However, if you are able to combine your order with your neighbors or friends, all of you will be able to enjoy the fresh seafood at lower prices! Having said that, there may be times where our wholesalers are running promotions at lower MOQ to reach out to consumers like yourself. So do follow our Facebook page to get the latest updates!
